Can I get my stored gold delivered at a later date?
If you have requested that your gold be stored in our Vault it is possible to then get this delivered to you with a delivery charge.
Up to 250 grams £20, 250 to 500 grams £30, 500 grams and over £40. Full market bars delivery price upon request
Please note, if you purchase your gold using a debit card, the gold can only be stored and is not available for delivery at any time.

Can you store my gold and how much does it cost?
GoldMadeSimple will pay your storage and insurance for you so you won't have any extra costs when storing your gold with us.

Can you store my gold for me?
This is the option we would recommend. We have secure storage facilities located in London and you will be able to select this option when you buy gold. Our storage vault for bullion gold is secure and is run by accredited professional vault operators. Storage and insurance is free, GoldMadeSimple will pay all storage costs for you to ensure you don't pay any extra costs when making your investment.

Do you store the Gold Bars?
Yes we do offer a storage facility. If you choose to store your gold bar or coin in the Gold Made Simple vault it will be held in secure premises in London. Storage and insurance is free, GoldMadeSimple will pay all storage and insurance costs for you.

How do I know that my gold is safe when it's stored with you?
Our storage facilities are secure and protected using the latest monitoring and surveillance equipment.
The Vault is located on a secure industrial estate in London, UK, that is monitored twenty four hours a day, and our buildings are protected by a variety of security features. We have a full and comprehensive insurance policy with Lloyds of London in order to cover the gold that is held on our premises.
Allocated gold bars are individually boxed and bar numbers can be provided for peace of mind. We are happy for clients to come and view our premises along with their allocated holdings as long as we are given 48 hours notice.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The majority of bank transfers will be completed within 3 working days, others within twenty four hours.
As soon as the funds are received, the order can be processed. Generally, orders will be vaulted or dispatched for posting by the following working day.
Delivered orders will be posted out by next day delivery.
The average waiting time to receive the goods, from the time of the order being placed, is usually between 3 - 7 days, depending on how quickly we receive the funds.
