Can I get my stored gold delivered at a later date?
If you have requested that your gold be stored in our Vault, it is possible to then get this delivered to you with a delivery charge. You should contact the customer services team via email customerservices@goldmadesimple.com or call on 0207 099 7451 if you would like to request delivery of your items. They will be able to advise you on the cost of delivery (minimum £100) and the timescales of the delivery.
The cost of delivery is higher than it would be if you choose to have your gold delivered at the point of order because there is a lot of administration involved in removing stored gold from our highly secure vault.
Please note, if you have purchased your gold using a debit card, then gold can only be stored and is not available for delivery at any time. If there was a situation where you needed to get your gold delivered that you had originally paid for using a debit card then we would need you to make a bank transfer for the amount of the original order and then we would refund your debit card with the same amount.

Do you store the Gold Bars and how much does it cost?
Yes we do offer a storage facility. If you choose to store your gold bar or coin in the Gold Made Simple ® vault it will be held in secure premises in London. Storage and insurance is free, GoldMadeSimple will pay all storage and insurance costs for you.

How do I know that my gold is safe when it's stored with you?
Our storage facilities are secure and protected using the latest monitoring and surveillance equipment.
The Vaults are located in London and MIddlesex, we have an extensive insurance policy in order to cover the gold that is held in storage.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The majority of bank transfers will be completed within 3 working days, others within twenty four hours.
As soon as the funds are received, the order can be processed. Generally, orders will be vaulted or dispatched for posting by the following working day.
Delivered orders will be posted out by next day delivery.
The average waiting time to receive the goods, from the time of the order being placed, is usually between 3 - 7 days, depending on how quickly we receive the funds. However, during busy periods it is not unusual to have to wait between 2 - 3 weeks to receipt of gold.

Is the stored gold insured?

We offer our customers the option to store their gold in secure and insured London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) member storage facilities in London. We do not store customer gold on GoldMadeSimple premises. You can therefore be rest assured that your wealth is safe amongst hundreds of millions of pounds worth of gold bullion.
Allocated gold bars
Your gold bullion is allocated gold. That means that it belongs to you. We are simply managing its storage on your behalf. Unlike the banks with your cash, your gold is not ours to lend or use as security and therefore is free from counterparty risk.
