Can I buy gold through my company, as part of my pension or on behalf of my trust fund?
We are happy to deal with a wide variety of companies and funds.
We require photo identification and two proofs of address from all of the parties involved (e.g directors of the company or trustees of a trust fund). We will also need any documentation that relates to the administration of the institution (e.g the VAT certificate).

Can I pay by standing order?
Yes, We've made it simple to add to your gold portfolio on a monthly basis. We'll automatically make the investment for you straight from your Goldmadesimple account by standing order. In this way you can build your investment funds throughout the year, without needing to worry about any single payment.

Can you talk me through the pricing structure and purchasing process?
Firstly investors come to our website
www.goldmadesimple.com and view the range of products at real time prices. They choose which products they want and then decide whether they would like to have their gold stored in our secure London vault or alternatively they can have it delivered to their home. The customer can then choose to pay for their gold by bank transfer or debit card. The customer can also sell their gold back to us on-line.

How can I pre-fund my account?
To pre-fund your account you must have first registered with GoldMadeSimple. You will then need to set up a bank transfer to the following account. You MUST quote your unique GoldMadeSimple username, so we can credit your account as quick as possible.

How can I transfer funds to Gold Made Simple so that I can buy gold?
Before you can add funds to your Goldmadesimple.com account you must be a registered user. Click here if you wish to register now.
Once a registered user, you can add funds to your Goldmadesimple.com account by bank wire (Bacs).
Please make a bank transfer payment to the following account. Please quote your Gold Made Simple User Name and your order number, if applicable.

Funds transferred by Bacs are usually received within 3 working days after you instruct your bank.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your funds.

How long does it take to open an account?
Opening an account is quick and easy and takes about 20-25 minutes using our online registration system. If you are using the ID verification process offered by Equifax this can also be done online and completed within minutes of registering for an account. Residents outside the US and UK will need to provide certified documents.

What sort of identification do you require?
Your identification is needed to comply with HM Revenue and Customs regulations. We require one piece of photographic identity (passport or drivers licence) and two items which prove your address (utility bills, bank statements, credit card statements). We would recommend that you do not send the originals of these documents. We would prefer that you send us certified photocopies. These should be signed by an authority figure (Lawyer, Accountant, Doctor, Policeman) or you can get the copies certified at the post office for a small fee.
