Gold Made Simple ® is based the UK and falls under UK legislation. It is therefore is regulated under English Law.

Regulatory responsibility rests on three mutually independent arms of law enforcement:
  1. the investigating authority: the London Metropolitan Police Force
  2. the prosecuting authority: the UK Crown Prosecution Service
  3. the Criminal Courts: the Criminal Court system
