How to buy

Gold Ordering Process

  1. Register an account with GoldMadeSimple (GMS) - it is free and simple

  2. Log in and Pre-fund pre-fund your account - by CHAPS / Faster Payment bank transfer

  3. Place your order request to buy gold - select gold grams, bars or coins and select storage or delivery


Once your cleared funds and order request has been received (during UK working hours) we will:-

  1. Accept your order

  2. Send a confirmation email confirming the price and order details

  3. Any surplus funds left once you have placed your order, can be kept in your GMS cash account to be offset against future purchases, or returned to your bank account.

  4. Update your GMS gold account and GMS cash account details in your online account

  5. Store your gold in your individual box within the vaults or arrange delivery of the gold



 Silver Ordering Process

Contact our customer services team or complete the form to buy silver in quantities of 10 kilo or more. We currently handle silver as a bespoke service.
