Three easy ways of protecting your account:
  • What if I get a suspicious looking email?
    • If you suspect an email is not from Au, do not click on any links it contains or open any attachments. Please forward it to phishing@goldmadesimple.com. We take these issues very seriously indeed and will investigate the suspect email fully.
    • General hoax emails may include requests for you to forward them on to five, ten or more people. Others can contain unsupported claims or hyped-up warnings, often about internet viruses. If you have any doubt, delete these emails without opening any links or attachments.

  • What if someone has obtained my security details?
    • Do not wait to find out if your suspicions are justified. If you believe that someone has acquired of your Gold Made Simple ® online security details, call us immediately. We will investigate and change your security details so you do not have to worry.
