Gold Made Simple is based the UK and falls under UK legislation. It is therefore is regulated under English Law.
Regulatory responsibility rests on three mutually independent arms of law enforcement:
- the investigating authority: the London Metropolitan Police Force
- the prosecuting authority: the UK Crown Prosecution Service
- the Criminal Courts: the Criminal Court system
